Delete your account

Styla account and data deletion

You can delete your Styla account and the data in it at any time from inside the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open Styla and tap your picture and name at the top of the Today screen.
  2. Tap the Settings button (the gear).
  3. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
  4. Tap Continue, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete Account.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@getstyla.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will check that the request comes from the account's owner and then delete the account and its data.

What is deleted, and when

Deleting your account removes the following from our servers immediately:

  • Your account: name, email address and sign-in details.
  • Your closet: every clothing photo, its cut-out copy and the details attached to it.
  • Your outfits, saved looks, plans and what you marked as worn.
  • Your Outfit Checks, including the photos you submitted.
  • Your style preferences and the approximate location you shared.
  • Your notifications, and the feedback and support messages you sent from the app.

Copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.

If you only want to start again, Clear All Data in the same section of Settings removes your closet, outfits, wear history and Outfit Checks and keeps your account.

What deleting your account does not do

  • It does not cancel a Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple; cancel in your Apple account's subscription settings.
  • Photos already sent to our AI providers for tagging, background removal or Outfit Check were processed to return a result to us, as described in the privacy policy.
